This cocktail was provided by Jared Wall, bartender at Gio Restaurant in Halifax.
1/2 fl oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1½ fl oz Citadelle Gin
1/4 fl oz lemon juice
1/2 fl oz egg white
1½ fl oz Earl Grey tea
Lemon wheel
Place all ingredients in a Boston shaker.
Dry shake for 15-20 seconds as this will create a nice creamy foam on top of the drink.
Add ice and shake for a further five seconds.
Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with lemon wheel half dipped in loose Earl Grey tea leaves.
