  1. Can I redeem AIR MILES® at the NSLC?

    While there are many ways to earn AIR MILES® at the NSLC, you cannot redeem your Miles™ with us. There are hundreds of exciting ways to redeem your Miles™ for things like travel, merchandise, gas, groceries, eVouchers and so much more. 

  2. Can I earn AIR MILES® on cannabis purchases?

    No. AIR MILES® cannot be collected on cannabis purchases.

  3. Do I earn AIR MILES® if I make a purchase online?

    Yes! You can collect AIR MILES® with online purchases from mynslc.com the same way you would in-store. You will be prompted to input your AIR MILES® collector number during the checkout process. 

  4. Should I scan my card even if my purchase isn’t $20 or more?

    Absolutely! On top of the Base Offer of 1 Mile™ per $20 in a single transaction, there are many opportunities to earn Bonus Miles™ or win great prizes from Scan & Win contests. You’ll get the most from your card when you scan every time. 

  5. Can I still earn AIR MILES® if I pay for my purchase with a gift card?

    Yes. Products purchased with a gift card will earn Reward Miles™ at the same rate as other forms of payment.

  6. How long does it take the AIR MILES® I earn at the NSLC to show up in my account?

    Please allow for up to 60 days from final sale purchase date for Reward Miles™ to be credited to your AIR MILES® account.

    If they do not appear in your account after 60 days and you are concerned about missing Miles™, please contact our Service Excellence Centre at ContactUs@myNSLC.com or 1-800-567-5874 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
