Terms and Conditions for NSLC Online Sales

1. General

Price Policy

The regular prices indicated on myNSLC.com include applicable sales tax and are the same as the prices in NSLC retail stores. The NSLC reserves the right to adjust prices as required at any time and is not required to give customers advance notice. All prices listed on myNSLC.com are in Canadian dollars.

All single product discount offers, added values and AIR MILES® single or multibuy offers will be honoured for online purchases. Multi-buy discounts and clearance pricing will not be available on products purchased online for home delivery

Payment Options

Credit cards are the only way to pay for purchases made on myNSLC.com. The NSLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Online Guest Transactions

To purchase NSLC products, you have the option to complete the transaction as a guest or to create an account prior to completing a transaction. By selecting either payment option, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as NSLC’s Privacy Statement which describes the NSLC’s handling of your personal information. The NSLC encourages you to review both documents before proceeding as a Guest and before creating an account.

When you purchase a product as a guest you will be required to provide sufficient personal information to enable order payment, processing, and delivery.

Creating an Account and Providing Personal Information

By creating an account, you agree that you will not register a username (email address) that: (a) may impersonate another person; (b) belongs to another person; (c) violates the intellectual property or other right of any person or entity; or (d) is offensive.

The NSLC will use the email address you provide us to send you emails to confirm your account creation, confirm your purchase, reset your password and inform you about the delivery status of your order. You do not have the option to unsubscribe from these ‘transactional’ emails as they are necessary to ensure successful purchase and delivery of your order. Since these emails are automatically generated and sent to the email you provide, you may want to choose a personal and private email address that only you can access.

Usernames and Passwords

You are solely responsible and liable for any use and misuse of your login name and password and for all activities that occur under your login name and password. For security reasons, you must keep your login name (which is the email address you have provided) and password confidential and not disclose them to any person or permit any other person to use them.

Your account may be cancelled or suspended at any time by the NSLC without any notice or liability to you or any other person.

Making Changes to Your Account and Your Personal Information

The NSLC encourages you to keep the personal information associated with your account as accurate and up-to-date as possible. You may update your email, phone number, shipping or billing address at any time by logging into your myNSLC user account and navigating to the relevant tab.
