This decadent cocktail has a flavour reminiscent of rum raisin ice cream.
Start by making a raisin simple syrup by combining 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup raisins in a pot set over medium-high heat. When the sugar has dissolved remove from heat and let cool. Strain to remove raisins.
Place simple syrup, dark rum, cream liqueur and heavy cream in an ice-filled shaker.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into ice-filled snifter.
