Directions
1. Butter a 9” square pan thoroughly.
2. Spread the walnuts evenly in the pan.
3. Place the butter and brown sugar in a heavy pan
4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly — you want the butter to be bubbling but not fully boiling
5. Cook for 12 minutes, starting when the butter begins to bubble.
6. Quickly pour the melted butter mixture over the nuts.
7. Let cool. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the hot toffee.
8. Chill in the refrigerator and then break into pieces.
