    The Blueberry Spritz Mocktail features blueberries, sparkling water and sugar.

    Directions

    1. Use a 1:1:1 ratio of blueberries, sugar and water.

    2. Place all the ingredients in a pot.

    3. Bring to a boil. When the sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and let cool.

    4. Strain.

    5. Place syrup in a glass and add sparkling water 

    *Bump up the flavour by adding a stick or two of cinnamon, a star anise pod or some freshly-grated nutmeg.
