Directions
1. Place water, sugar and vinegar in a pot. Bring to a boil.
2. When sugar has dissolved removed from heat. Add dill, cucumber and onion. Let pickle for 25 minutes.
3. While cucumber is pickling, thread halibut onto skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side over medium heat.
5. Place pickled cucumber and onions on a platter and then top with halibut skewers.
