Rum Mule

The Rum Mule features Rum, Propeller Brewing's alcohol-free ginger beer and lime juice. Best served in a Roosevelt copper cup, with a sprig of mint for garnish.

Ingredients

6 to 8 mint leaves

1/4 fl oz simple syrup

3/4 fl oz lime juice

1 1 /2 fl oz Rum

4 to 5 fl oz alcohol-free Ginger Beer (Propeller)

Sprig of mint

Directions

1. Toss the mint leaves and the simple syrup in a shaker glass.

2. Muddle gently.

3. Add the lime juice, rum and ice.

4. Shake. Strain into a highball over ice, top with ginger beer to taste.

5. Garnish with mint.
