Directions
1. Combine shrimp, 2 tbsp fish sauce, lime juice, honey, garlic, jalapeno, mint, basil and cilantro.
2. Toss well to coat.
3. Refrigerate and allow to marinade 30 minutes or up to one day in advance.
4. To serve, pour off excess marinade.
5. Make the sauce by placing mango, coconut milk, fish sauce and brown sugar in a blender.
6. Mix together until smooth.
7. If necessary, adjust the sweetness.
