Melt 1 stick of unsalted butter and stir in 1 can of beer. Pour beer-butter over turkey.

While roasting, baste turkey every 20 minutes with beer-butter and juices from bottom of pan.

Halfway through cooking, pour another can of beer over turkey and continue basting until cooked.
