Here’s what you’ll need
1 lb bacon
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup Robust & Malty beer

Step1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake 1lb of bacon in the oven for 10 minutes.

Make your beer glaze by mixing beer with brown sugar.

Remove bacon from oven, coat both sides with the glaze, and return to oven for 10 more minutes. Repeat until bacon reaches your ideal state of crispiness.
