Directions
1. Thread chicken strips onto skewers.
2. Soak dried chillies in warm water.
3. Combine water and chilli mixture with paprika, coriander, cumin, mint, honey and roasted red pepper and place in food processor. Blend until a smooth paste is formed.
4. Lightly brush the chicken skewers with the paste and season with salt and pepper.
5. Set your oven to broil.
6. Lay your chicken skewers on a lightly greased baking sheet.
7. Broil the chicken, turning the skewers once, for 6-8 minutes or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
