    1 1/2 oz Appleton Estate Rare
    1/2 tsp cinnamon syrup*
    Dash orange bitters
    Candied orange slice, for garnish

    Directions

    Place Appleton, syrup and bitters in an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Stir to chill. Garnish with a candied orange slice.

    * Place 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar and 2 cinnamon sticks in a pot. Bring to a boil. When sugar dissolves remove from heat and let cool. Strain to remove cinnamon sticks.
