Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients, except the nutmeg, in a Boston glass or cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake vigorously.
2. Strain into a glass and top with grated nutmeg.
* To make the vanilla simple syrup combine one cup of sugar and one cup of water in a pot. Bring to a boil dissolve the sugar. Let the syrup cool and then add two vanilla bean pods cut in half, both by length and width. Let the simple syrup sit for at least 2 hours before using.
