2 drops Angostura bitters
Dash of Cognac
5 fl oz Champagne
1. Add the bitters to the sugar cube.
2. Drop the sugar cube in the bottom of a Champagne flute.
3. Add the dash of Cognac to the flute and top with Champagne.
