Directions
1. Strain any oil from the olives, lightly crush them in a mixing bowl, then stir in the chili and garlic.
2. Pour the mixture into a sealable glass jar and add red wine vinegar until completely submerged.
3. Add lemon juice and seal the jar.
4. Let marinate at room temperature for 2-3 days, shaking the jar occasionally.
5. Serve with a baguette and your favourite soft cheese.
