Directions
1. Start by making the spicy soy sauce by combining light soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, Sriracha sauce and sesame seeds. Set aside.
2. In another bowl make the wasabi dip by combining wasabi paste, sour cream, mayonnaise, remaining 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice and cilantro.
3. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Encourage guests to dip baked wings in the soya lime sauce then the wasabi dipping sauce.
