Directions
Place fruit slices in individual sauce pans each with 2 cups sugar and 2 cups water.
Bring to a boil. When sugar has dissolved reduce heat to a low simmer. Simmer for 2 hours.
Remove slices of fruit and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Place second piece of parchment over slices and cover with another baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour in an oven set to 250°F.
Turn off the heat and let cool overnight in the oven.
Gently remove clementine slices.
Use to garnish cocktails and desserts.
