Beer and bacon together at last!
1 lb bacon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup beer
1. Bake 1lb of bacon in the oven for 10 minutes at 400°F. While cooking, make a beer glaze with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup of beer, whisked together.
2. Remove the bacon from the oven, coat both sides with the glaze and return to the oven for 10 more minutes. Repeat until the bacon reaches your ideal state of crispiness.
