Directions
Place ground beef in a large bowl. Add egg, onion, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Shape into four 3/4-inch thick patties. Refrigerate until ready to use. Remove from fridge 20-30 minutes before grilling. Set burgers on lightly greased grill over high heat for 2 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium-high and continue grilling approximately 8 more minutes. Check for doneness using a meat thermometer (160 °F) or pierce burgers with a skewer to check middle of the burger. Top with bacon and cheddar.
