    1.5 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum

    7 mint leaves

    0.7 oz of simple sugar

    2 lime wedges

    2 oz. soda water

    Sprig of mint

    Directions

    1. Place the mint leaves, lime wedges, and simple syrup at the bottom of a collins glass and muddle gently.

    2. Fill the glass with ice and add Captain Morgan Spiced Rum and soda water.

    3. Stir well and garnish with the sprig of mint.
