Directions
1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Add gin or vodka, dash of Tabasco, Worcestershire, Clamato juice and horseradish (optional).
3. Stir to combine.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. In a small bowl combine mint, lemon zest and feta.
6. Fill colossal green olives with crumbled feta cheese mixture.
7. Skewer the olives and set on glass.
8. Garnish with a few sprigs of fresh mint.
