Directions
1. Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl combine the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
3. Add the lamb to the marinade; toss to coat.
4. Marinate the lamb for half an hour.
5. Remove the lamb from the marinade and thread onto skewers.
6. Grill lamb (two to three minutes per side).
7. Place the lamb skewers on a slice of pita bread and top with tzatziki, slices of red onion and diced tomatoes.
