Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Combine all the filling ingredients in a medium bowl, mix well and place in a buttered 8”x8” square baking dish.
3. Combine all the topping ingredients, except for the melted butter, in a medium sized bowl.
4. Mix well and then add the melted butter and mix again.
5. Spread over the rhubarb filling and bake for 15 minutes.
6. Lower the temperature to 350°F and bake until the crust is golden and bubbling around the edges.
7. Serve hot with ice cream, or alone!
