    4 oz Nova Scotia hard cider, such as Sid’s Crisp Apple

    4 oz Nova Scotia stout, such as Rare Bird Full Steam Stout

    Directions

    Pour cider into a chilled highball glass.

    Gently pour Stout into the glass.

    To create a layered effect, gently pour the Stout over the back of a spoon.
