Directions
1. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, make ginger vinaigrette.
3. Place sugar, ginger and rice vinegar in a bowl.
4. Slowly whisk in vegetable and sesame oils.
5. In another bowl, place soba noodles, cabbage, apple and carrot.
6. Add vinaigrette and toss.
7. Place equal amounts of noodles into bento box compartments and top with sliced green onions.
