Directions
1. Combine paprika with melted butter. Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
2. Brush corn and chicken with butter. Grill chicken until it is cooked through.
3. Let cool. While chicken is cooling, grill the corn. When the corn is slightly charred, remove from the grill and let cool.
4. Chop chicken into cubes. Remove kernels from corn.
5. Place chicken, corn, cucumber, and lettuce in separate containers in a picnic basket, along with the lemon vinaigrette.
6. Encourage guests to build salad outside.
