    .5 oz gin

    .5 oz Aperol

    .5 oz simple syrup

    2 oz rose sparkling wine, chilled

    Dash of Angostura bitters

    Directions

    1. Combine gin, Aperol and simple syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker

    2. Shake vigorously and the strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.

    3. Top with sparkling wine and bitters.
