Directions
1. Add vegetable oil to a large pan.
2. Set pan over medium-high heat.
3. Sear tuna on all sides.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Whisk together ginger, honey, vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil.
6. Slice tuna into 1/2-inch slices.
7. Lay tuna out on a platter or cutting board.
8. Lightly drizzle with sauce.
9. Sprinkle with radish sprouts.
10. Accompany with lime triangles.
