Directions
1. Cook the ground beef in a frying pan. Once browned, add water and cook over medium heat until water is absorbed. Add taco spice and simmer for 5 minutes.
2. While beef is simmering, cut tortillas into circles with a round cookie cutter. Place the tiny tortillas in the bottom of a large, non-stick muffin tin.
3. Fill each tortilla halfway with spiced beef and top with a spoonful of taco sauce and mixture of cheese.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 325°F, or until the exposed tortilla shells begin to brown.
5. Remove from oven, top with some shredded lettuce and taco toppings of your choice. Serve to your guests as finger food.
