We’re incredibly lucky in Nova Scotia to have a number of exceptional sparkling wines made right here at home. And many of those wines and wineries are earning global recognition. That’s due in part to Nova Scotia’s climate being comparable to the Champagne region of France. It’s also due to the fact that most of our province’s skilled wine makers are producing sparklings using the French “Method Traditional”.
